We only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Postage is charged at a flat rate of $7.95 per order for shipping within Australia. If you spend over $40.00 you can select FREE Standard Australian Shipping at checkout. If you need it a bit quicker express shipping is available within Australia for $15.00.
If you spend $200.00 you can select free express shipping within Australia!
Postage is charged at a flat rate of AU$9.95 per order for New Zealand residents or is free for orders over AU$150.00 – please note all amounts listed on our site are in Australian Dollars.
Delivery is made by Australia Post via their parcel service for Australian deliveries. It will take 2+ days to arrive, packages are shipped from our office in Melbourne. Every effort is made to ensure express shipping orders are in the post by 6pm that business day to enable next business day delivery. For all packages going to New Zealand expected delivery time is quoted by Australia Post as being 3-6 days to major metropolitan areas.
Please check with Australia Post to confirm delivery times and possible delays due to disasters, weather, COVID – we are sure you are aweomse and understanding though so you know this already 😉
Alternatively, you can elect to have your items shipped to you via our Courier Shipping Option. Australian Shipping via our Courier Shipping Options is $25.95 and Shipping to New Zealand via Our Courier Shipping Option is $35.95.

Refunds, Exchanges & Returns:
We are happy to exchange your goods if you happen to choose the wrong size or colour (cause let’s face it sometimes what we see on screen isn’t the same as the colour you see in person). We will pay for the return postage on your first exchange! Remember the items you wish to Exchange or Return need to be in the condition we sent them to you in. This means unused, undamaged, tags attached, no makeup or perfume marks or stains etc. Remember that we can’t guarantee that we will have the same colour in a different size, or vice versa, available but we will do our best to make sure you get your Goldilocks items ;).
How do you start the Exchange or Returns process? Shoot us an email at email@example.com so we can make sure we give you all the details you need! We might ask you a couple of questions but ultimately we will send you a form (and a return postage-paid label for an exchange). This form needs to be included in your return parcel back to us cause we have memories like goldfish and need to know exactly the who, what, when, where and why at the time we eyeball the goodies. Please choose your goods carefully as we do not offer returns or refunds if you simply change your mind. For product returns for refund or credit, all goods are to be returned to us at your cost. To organise a refund shoot us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get the refund process started. We strongly suggest you make sure the item has tracking on it – if it never turns up back with us, we can’t send you out the correct size or refund your order.
Heads up – we can’t exchange or accept returns on socks, underwear (cause no one wants funky second hand socks or undies), nutrition (just in case it’s been tampered with), Menstural Cups, or other hygiene/personal use items.
Items that are not returned in the same condition that they were posted out to you in or the sealed box has been opened will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee.
We fully stand by our products and want to know if you have a concern or a problem with anything that you purchase from us. Please contact us if you have a question, concern, or would like to make a warranty claim, not that we ever expect you should need to.
